What we take on
We do not print or finish the cloth ourselves, so we pass bulk production to the mill you nominate and stay with the files.
We do not accept commissions for childrenswear prints, because the testing and labelling duties sit outside the studio's scope.
We do not take on garment sewing, cutting or labelling, and we will point you to a maker rather than quote for it.
We do not copy a rival's print pattern from a photograph, since we only work from artwork you hold the rights to.
No small print
Nothing is agreed by asking. You can read what comes back, think about it, and leave it there.
The answer is written down, so it is yours to keep, to reread, and to hold us to.
The details you leave are there so we can answer. They go nowhere else, and no mailing list is built out of them.
From brief to mill
You share your drawings, scans or files with the palette and the cloth weight you have in mind, and we confirm what the mill will need from us.
We clean up the artwork, set the repeat, and prepare each colourway so the pattern flows across the join without a visible seam.
The mill prints a short strike-off, you check the colour and the scale on the cloth, and we adjust the files until you are happy to sign it off.
Once you approve, we release the print-ready files with finishing notes, and you place the bulk order directly with the mill.
