What we decline

Work we turn down at Hoorain Textile Design

  • We do not print or finish garments that are already cut and sewn, because our presses are set up for flat fabric straight off the roll.
  • We do not take on natural leather, suede or heavy upholstery hides, as the inks and curing temperatures we use will not hold on those surfaces.
  • We do not run orders below sixty metres of a single design, since the setup on the rotary and digital lines costs more than the cloth is worth.
  • We do not handle screen printing on commission, so if you need plastisol or water-based screen work we will point you to a printer who does.

How an order runs

From your first enquiry to packed rolls

01

You send the brief and artwork

Tell us the fabric, the metreage, the design and your deadline, and send artwork in a repeat-ready file along with any colour references.

02

We quote and dye a lab dip

You get a written quote with a lead time, and if the colours need matching we dye a lab dip on your chosen base cloth for approval.

04

We print, finish and dispatch

Your order goes through printing, finishing and inspection, then we pack the rolls and send them out against the confirmed delivery date.
