What is the smallest print run you accept for a custom design?
Our minimum is 50 metres per design for digital print and 300 metres for rotary screen print, though small sampling runs of 5 metres are available so you can test the design before committing to full production.
How long does a printed fabric order take from approval to delivery?
From signed-off strike-off and confirmed base cloth, digital print usually takes two to three weeks and screen print three to five weeks, depending on the run length and your finishing requirements.
Can you match a Pantone colour or an existing printed fabric sample?
Yes, we match to Pantone TCX and TPX references, and we can also work from a physical sample or a high-resolution scan, though exact matches on natural fibres can vary slightly between dye lots.
Do you print on customer-supplied fabric or only your own base cloths?
We print on our own stock base cloths, which we hold in silk, cotton, viscose and blends, and we also accept customer-supplied fabric once we have tested it for ink take-up and shrinkage.
What file format should I send for a custom print design?
Send a layered TIFF or PDF at 300 dpi at final print size, with repeats set up and colour separations marked, and if you only have a JPEG we can advise on redrawing or cleaning it up.
How do you handle shipping of finished printed fabric?
We ship worldwide by courier or freight, with rolled fabric on tubes and moisture protection as standard, and we quote carriage separately once we know your delivery address and order weight.
